Shannon May

is the daughter of Kerry and has worked to hone her creative side.  A business leader at heart, she has recently explored her creative side and found ceramics to be peaceful.  It allows her to be creative in an entirely different way.  She does the hand-building, painting, and designs.  "I love being able to create something personal and pass it on to others."

Kerry Stratton Waltz is a creative watercolor landscape painter.  She has studied painting with such well known artists as Edgar Whitney, Robert E. Wood, Rex Brant, Helen B. Reed and many other fine professionals.  Thirty years of painting experience has been the best teacher.  Kerry has a B.S. Degree in Education from the University of West Florida and a Master's Degree in Adult Education from Florida A&M University.  Kerry's paintings have been shown in many juried art shows from California to Florida and have earned her numerous awards.  Exhibiting for over twenty years in shows such as Mainsail, Art Harvest, Mount Dora, Tarpon Springs, Great Gulfcoast, Florida Watercolor Society, Tallahassee Watercolor Society (signature member), and as far as California Art-A-Fair in Laguna Beach.  Kerry designs, sculpts, and hand paints all of the ceramic pieces found in their products.  Kerry states, "To me the landscape offers a wide variety of visual and emotional inspiration for my paintings.  I try to portray a simple interpretation about the places that I paint, blending reality and fantasy to express the essence of each subject.  Color is an expressive tool that is important to me.  My goal as an artist is to share my feelings and emotions about the subjects that I paint."
